How are your puzzles different?
That’s a fair question and likely deserves a straightforward answer. The thing is, if we told you, it would kinda ruin the fun, right? Let's just say this: we've hidden a little surprise in each puzzle. If you're a follow-the-box kinda person (honestly, who isn't?), you might find pieces that seem like they don't belong. But, don't worry, we left you a clue on the inside of the box that may or may not be helpful.
Hmm I haven’t received my puzzles yet - when will they arrive?
You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. It’s like “Find My Friends” but “Where’s My Puzzle?” If you’re having any issues, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll find your friends...er...puzzles.
Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. If that's the case, we'll be sure to keep you in the loop.
Where do you ship?
All over the place! But anywhere outside of the U.S. will likely cost much more.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we do!
How can I pay for my puzzles?
All the big ones - major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

We don’t accept returns right now but we *really* want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue, hit us up at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it all squared away.
