How are your puzzles different?

That’s a fair question and likely deserves a straightforward answer. The thing is, if we told you, it would kinda ruin the fun, right? Let's just say this: we've hidden a little surprise in each puzzle. If you're a follow-the-box kinda person (honestly, who isn't?), you might find pieces that seem like they don't belong. But, don't worry, we promise it'll all come together in the end! 

Hmm I haven’t received my puzzles yet - when will they arrive?

You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. It’s like “Find My Friends” but “Where’s My Puzzle?” If you’re having any issues, reach out to us at hi@differentpuzzles.com and we’ll find your friends...er...puzzles.

Where do you ship?

All over the place! But anywhere outside of the U.S. will likely cost much more. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes we do!

How can I pay for my puzzles?

All the big ones - major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

What’s your return policy?

We don’t accept returns right now but we *really* want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue, hit us up at hi@differentpuzzles.com and we’ll get it all squared away.
